There are many reasons we don’t receive healing so check out some of the things to be careful to allow in your heart, mind and soul.
There can be many blocks, walls & hindrances to receiving healing and it’s not because we have no right to the promises held out to us by our Heavenly Father or that we’re not praying right or that we are such sinners that God cannot forgive us.
In Mark 2:5 & Luke 5:20, there were several men who cared enough about a paralyzed friend of theirs to take up on top of the roof of the building Jesus was ministering in and dug through the ROOF! I can just see them lowering this stretcher with this man on it and the scene it created. The man had come for healing but the first thing out of Jesus’s mouth after seeing their faith was “your sins are forgiven”.
And then when questioned about this by the teachers and Pharisees, Jesus says (I LOVE this!):
Which is easier to say, 'Your sins are forgiven you;' or to say, 'Arise and walk?' (Luke 5:23)

As you go through the Hindrances to Healing, you see that it never depends on if God is willing, for He is ALWAYS willing, but depends on US RECEIVING! Healing begins at the cross and either we are going to accept the cross and all that it symbolizes, or we aren’t. Either we are going to receive the forgiveness of the Lord for our sins or we aren’t.

While the Lord is always blessing us and saving us from one catastrophe or another that we’re not even aware of, healing is our as an heir in the Kingdom of God and we’re told to ASK...and Receive. Make sure there is nothing that is in the way of receiving all that the Father has designed for you from the beginning of the world.
