this moment but that you know you still struggle with. Use the “Power Tool” at the
bottom of this page to start surrendering this to the Lord and request healing on.
Then keep the sheet when you meet in prayer with others, or a pastor /councilor, as you go through many of the steps and other “power tools” at TheHealingSource.org
to help bring them to the throne. Continue to ask the Lord to reveal what he wants to touch next. Ask the Lord if there are any memories attached to these feelings and to bring forward anything that is hidden and unresolved. Receive His healing as He pours out, as it is His DESIRE to take your pain and replace it with His peace joy and glory!
Cross off your notations as you receive deliverance and praise Him for healing! KEEP your healing by being watchful for the slightest entry of these, claiming the blood of Jesus Christ over it and CHOOSING not to fall into their trap, with HIS strength, not your own.

Jesus, your word says that you will carry my burdens and cleanse my heart which

I surrender all of my pain to you, Lord Jesus, and ask that you bind up the enemy’s lies upon my heart and my life.
I repent and renounce any Hidden pride and focus on self and I ask for healing for every layer of pain that this caused in my heart. I ask for a RELEASE of your power into this situation. I ask for a RELEASE of YOUR Peace, and YOUR Joy into my heart and bind up my broken heart. Replace it with songs of continual praise as I give you all the glory for all that you do in my life.
Take away any terrible memory from my mind and replace it with your love for me. Let me see what YOU see in me, who YOU say that I am in you and the plans that you have for my life.
I also ask for strength and wisdom to recognize when the enemy is creeping into my territory again with any of these thoughts and I ask for the strength to bring this before you, to call your blood and name over this in my life BEFORE I allow the enemy's lies to infiltrate my heart and cause bitterness, anger, pain and heartache, to me and my loved ones.
Show me where you are moving, what I need to bring to your throne and what I need to surrender that is not of you! I ask these things, Father God, in the name and blood of your son Jesus Christ and I give you all the thanks, praise, honor and glory. AMEN.
NOTE: See a pastor or professional councilor if you feel that a memory, situation or circumstance may be to traumatic to face alone, or is a danger to yourself or others
“Power Tool” below: Take a break and write this down on a 4 x 5 card so that you can take it out and claim this EVERY TIME the enemy attacks you with his “toxic waste”.
You may know exactly how you feel...but then again, you may just know you feel uneasy, blah, emotional, angry, frustrated, etc, and then if asked, be unable to say exactly what’s going on inside.
Even if you KNOW how you feel, there may be other emotions going on underneath that were stuffed so far down that you don’t realize it affects your life in the least.
Below are a list of feelings that may be familiar or
may not, but make of all that applies or print off this
pdf version of the list so that you can use it to bring
before the Lord.
As you continue to go through a season of healing
with the Lord, ask Him what is deep in your heart. Ask
Jesus what your heart looks like and He will show you.
If you are spending time before Him or going through
4 Steps into His presence, make sure you spend
time in silence and
wait on Him after asking and He may even give you
a vision or word picture for what your heart looks like.
There are some “power Tools” at the bottom of the page to help start resolving some of these with the Lord and you can also use your list when going through any of the other steps you find here. A Good source to walk through is “when things get wiggy” which gives a lot of steps to help walk you through cleaning the closet of the enemy’s lies on your life.
Remember that the Lord has so much
love and grace for you that He will not work on ALL
of these things when attached to deep hurts so seek
HIS timing, tell Him how you feel and ask HIM to heal
what you find, whenever you DO stumble on something.
Be willing to give up all that is not of him, as this is our first Crucial Factor to healing and do not be afraid. What the Lord heals, He heals completely. Refer to the power tools in our “quick start to healing” and RECEIVE from Him, knowing
that He will take it off of your heart and bring healing
for that is His desire.
Again, do not be afraid. There may be some
painful memories or other deep pockets of pain
that you feel you cannot face but trust in the Lord.
Weep if this touches something, mourn and cry it ALL
OUT and THEN ask the Lord to come take your pain and replace it with His joy and peace! DO NOT HIDE ANYTHING

Continue to take inventory on what’s going on at any given moment in your life, checking for negative thoughts, ill feelings and ask the Lord what HE sees next, as you continue working through pain issues. It is wise to ask the Lord for a prayer partner to walk this out with you and you can learn more in our article “get a second when dueling with the enemy”.
Now continue in your journey of healing & restoration by sifting through our 4 Healing Rooms. Learn about the Power tools that you will find throughout the site to help you claim and keep your victory and healing as some “pain pockets” may need to be surrendered many times before we finally let go and receive victory. When things get wiggy is a great article to remind you of what to do at the first signs of the enemy's approach.
If we are still in pain, there is something hiding that we have not brought before the Lord. Remember to go through the 5 Crucial Factors of Healing to know what you can stand on and what is important to receive and keep your victory. As the Lord ministers to you and you fall in love the Lord even more more, pursue Deeper into His manifest presence where all things get taken care of.
